Hello! I’m Nadia Fuia, a dedicated Fractional Financial Controller with a rich background in accounting and real estate. With over a decade of experience, I’ve climbed the ranks from Staff Accountant to Financial Controller, honing my skills in managing all facets of financial accounting. My expertise ensures that all financial transactions are handled with precision and in accordance with GAAP, while implementing strong internal control procedures and producing accurate financial statements.
I hold a Master’s degree in Accountancy from California State University, Sacramento, where I delved into advanced topics such as Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation of Business Entities. My academic journey began in Romania, where I received a Master’s degree in International Studies from “Babes – Bolyai” University, studying International Economics, Conflict Resolution, and Project Management.
My commitment to continuous learning is reflected in my professional certifications, including a Nevada CPA License and QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
Beyond my professional life, I’m passionate about volunteering, dancing, reading, cooking, crafting, and hiking. I believe in giving back to the community and have been actively involved in various fundraising activities and educational support roles. When I’m not crunching numbers, you can find me exploring the great outdoors, trying out new recipes, or getting lost in a good book. I also love spending time with my family and friends, and I’m always up for a good dance session!
